IPA

India Pale Ale (IPA) typically boast strong citrus, pine, tropical fruits and floral notes thanks to the generous use of hops during brewing. The bitterness can range from moderate to high, often balanced by a malt backbone that can vary from light and crisp to more substantial and caramel-like.

Pale Ales

Trappist

To be labelled as a Trappist beer, the brew must be produced within a Trappist monastery and under the supervision of the monks, with profits often supporting the monastery and charitable activities.

Ciders

Non-Alcohol

Non-alcoholic beers are beverages that resemble traditional beer in taste and appearance but contain little to no alcohol, typically less than 0.5% ABV. They are brewed using similar methods as regular beer, with malt, hops, and yeast, but the alcohol is either removed or limited through specific brewing techniques.
